ZEST Marketing e Eventos, hereinafter referred to as ZEST, is a marketing and communication company specialized in organizing fairs, events and conferences.

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the collection and processing of strictly necessary personal data, carried out by ZEST, in strict compliance with the law.

ZEST collects your data by telephone, by mail or through its website, with your consent, when: 1. It has a legitimate interest to do so, namely for 1.1 Development and maintenance of the Website; 1.2 Provision of services or information; 1.3 Enrollment in actions organized by ZEST; 2. Has obtained the consent of the data subject, namely for: 2.1 Sending information about fairs and events promoted by ZEST; 2.2 Invitations; 3. When necessary to comply with legal obligations. 4. Some of your personal data, when registering for our fairs and events, may be shared with subcontracted entities or co-organisers, partners and exhibitors, namely for the preparation and marketing of publications, issuing tickets, invitations, presentations, information commercial, institutional, among others that seem relevant in terms of sharing knowledge and technical information.
6 - What kind of personal data do we collect?
Within the scope of its activity, it collects and processes the personal data necessary to access fairs, events and conferences, processing in this context data such as name, address, mobile phone number, email address, number of tax identification number and citizen card number.
7 - What are your rights as a holder of personal data?
Any user, as holder of personal data, enjoys the following rights with regard to the processing of their personal data: a) Right of access b) Right of rectification c) Right to withdraw their consent: In cases where the processing of data is based on your consent, you may withdraw consent at any time, although this right does not compromise the lawfulness of the treatment carried out based on the previously given consent. d) Right to erasure e) Right to limitation of processing f) Right to portability: you may ask ZEST to deliver, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, the personal data you provide. You also have the right to request that ZEST transmit this data to another controller, provided that this is technically possible. g) Right to file complaints with the supervisory authority

9 - How long do we keep your personal data?
ZEST will keep and store your personal data only for the period of time strictly necessary to carry out the purpose for which it was collected or, as the case may be, until you exercise your right of opposition or right of erasure. After this retention period, ZEST will delete your personal data.
10 - How can you find out about any changes to the Zest Privacy Policy?
ZEST reserves the right, at any time, to make adjustments or changes to this Privacy Policy, always with the aim of improving the protection of personal data, these changes being duly publicized on the respective website.
